In my previous role as a Graphic Design > Digital Designer, I encountered a situation where I had to handle conflicting feedback from multiple stakeholders. The project involved creating a website design for a client, and the stakeholders consisted of the client’s marketing team, the development team, and the project manager.
During the initial design presentation, I received feedback from each stakeholder, and unfortunately, their opinions varied greatly. The marketing team wanted a more vibrant and modern look, while the development team emphasized the importance of a clean and minimalistic design. The project manager wanted to ensure that the design aligned with the client’s brand guidelines.
To manage this conflicting feedback, I took a diplomatic approach by scheduling a meeting with all the stakeholders. I initiated an open discussion to understand their perspectives and concerns in detail.
